3. What are your favorite projects to work on, and what has been a project you are most proud of?

My favorite projects to work on usually involve creating efficient, complex processes using the puzzle pieces my clients bring to me. Whether it’s user experience design, brand strategy or creating a customer funnel to suit the needs of a business, these are usually the key elements of projects I enjoy. So far, I’ve been lucky to have great freelance clients who value group brainstorming, answer all my questions (I usually have many haha), and enjoy being a part of my creative process.

The project I’m most proud of is creating a brand identity, strategy, and design for a virtual hiring event, Get Hired at Home,  hosted by a startup I’m currently with. The branding and outreach helped us convince tons of recruiters, schools, sponsors and we even signed an event partner. Thanks to our sales, marketing and design teams we had 4000+ registrations and over 75% attendance for our first Get Hired at Home in January 2021. It comes to show that good teamwork takes you much farther than you can take yourself in a short period of time!

4.What’s one thing you would like people to know about you?

I enjoy being recognized for my capabilities but I also thrive on secrecy about my potential. It’s such an internal battle most of the time. I am a highly sensitive spiritual being navigating my human experience by reconciling my mental, emotional and physical needs to serve myself and others I care about. I’m a natural mentor and provider of knowledge. I’m also a huge proponent of introspection to better your relationship with yourself. I truly believe that a better relationship with self is the key to fulfillment in our lives. Improving your worldview includes remedying childhood traumas, negative thoughts that are generally someone else’s projection onto us, and the art of noticing (meditation) to help remove yourself from a stressful situation. Noticing can help us be objective rather than emotional about our approach. And I really want people to know that I am open to conversations about any and all of this.
